I agree with that about 95% of the time :)

There are some really fantastic opportunities for those looking for a challenge in the other 5%. Sometimes what’s hidden behind bad UX descriptions is a team new to UX that is very open to the role but doesn’t really know how to post for it. I think such a situation is uncommon but it can be a fantastic opportunity for a 4–5 year designer looking to challenge themselves by creating a design culture.
