Thanks, Adam. If it’s a client facing workshop then you should have a very candid internal meeting about behaviors. We’ve even done this with clients to help them understand how they can best participate. But when it’s your own team you should feel even more comfortable nipping that behavior in the bud because it’s professionally inappropriate in a client setting.
