That’s a pretty easy question to hit a home run on. If you really suspect a company looks down on staying with a company, then it’s likely not a company you want to work for. No competent hiring manager in the world would want to have to fill roles that frequently if they didn’t have to. Either your friend is reading to much into that question, or s/he is interviewing with idiots.
