The title pretty clearly states the article is about taking feedback from non-designers. I’m unclear what “bad experiences” you’re referring to. I picked common scenarios as representatives but never qualified them as “bad.”

I have no problem with criticism about my content or premise. But telling me it didn’t meet your particular expectations isn’t entirely helpful.
