Yeah I understand that. At least from my perspective I give newer designers a pass on their first few years because I know it takes time to learn your skills and passions, and to be able to discern good job opportunities. And when you interview, you can be honest about it. Now, when I see a senior designer that averages about 12–18 months at a job for years, I don’t even interview them.
